How do I donate my Rewards points to the Fullife Foundation?

Great question! This can be done in a couple of ways:

1. You can set it up so that a percentage of your points are automatically donated when you make a purchase. This can be any percentage of your choosing, and it's a 'set and forget' system so you don't need to worry about it after that!

2. You can donate any amount of your rewards at any time as a once off. Simply email with your name, rewards card number, and amount you'd like to donate and we'll gladly sort that out for you. Thank you for helping us make a difference!

Why can't I spend my rewards on prescriptions or earn points on prescriptions?

Unfortunately, this is a legal requirement and not a choice by Fullife. We apologise for any inconvenience!

Do I have to provide an email address?

Unfortunately, the way our loyalty system works, we require an email address to be provided for vouchers to be loaded onto the system.

We promise to not inundate you with emails, and only email information we think you'll find interesting!

How do I join Fullife Rewards?

We're happy to have you! Simply visit us in store and we'll gladly sign you up.

All we need in order for you to benefit fully from the club rewards is your name, email address and date of birth.

My birthday was last week, but I never received a voucher. How come?

We're so sorry this hasn't arrived. Most commonly this is because either your email address is incorrect in our system (or not in our system at all), or we don't have your date of birth listed. However, sometimes there is a glitch in the system that is beyond our control.
Send us an email to with your name and date of birth and we'll investigate this for you.
